Mr. Wan Nyuk Ming "Sky"
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
About Mr. Sky WanWan Nyuk Ming, Sky joined the Supervisory Board of Philomaxcap AG in June 2020 as the Chairman. He also sits on the Board of Directors at Winvest Group Ltd. and is the Founder, as well as Managing Director of Philocity Holdings Sdn. Bhd (Malaysia).
Sky Wan has been working in various industries for more than 30 years of strong significant influencing each one to which he has involved. He has a keen eye of market and judgement for the new era of business, and specializes in corporate staffing and team layout, domestic and overseas marketing system team building, management planning, strategy and motivation, systematic education and performance development, etc. Aside from his Management career, Sky Wan has also found success as an author and celebrated motivational speaker - delivering over three thousand speeches and has over thirty thousand hours of dynamic workshops experience. His dynamic workshops held all over Asia concerning various leadership and career topics have attracted and benefited tens of thousands.
Sky Wan is a native of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and holds a Degree in Business Administration, Kuala Lumpur. One of his guiding principles reads: “Perseverance leads to Perfection” which prompted him to create one milestone after another, creating countless successes.
Dr. Markus Wiendieck
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Chairman of the Audit CommitteeDr. Markus Wiendieck, joined the Supervisory Board in November 2021. He is an experienced entrepreneur, investor and financial advisor with a demonstrated history in both renewable energy and M&A / corporate finance. He founded and led Erdwärme Bayern GmbH & Co. KG, a deep-geothermal project development and holding company. Prior thereto he worked as a senior investment banker in London and New York with leading financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, Cantor Fitzgerald and Fox-Pitt Kelton (then Swiss Re’s investment banking arm) where he advised large corporates on strategic transactions and financing. He is an experienced investor in public and private equity markets. He also acts as a business angel to numerous early-stage companies and their founders. Dr. Wiendieck holds a PhD (Dr. rer. Pol.) in Finance from University of Cologne, where he also graduated in Economics. He also completed a scholarship in business administration at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.
Mr. Josh McMorrow
Member of the Supervisory Board
Member of the Audit CommitteeJosh McMorrow joined the Supervisory Board in April 2022. He is a Senior Legal Executive with broad international experience in the energy, industrial gas, constructions, and chemicals industries. Josh has been recognized as one of the Top 100 General Counsels in three countries (United States, Switzerland, and Germany) as well as being named General Counsel of the Year for Energy. He has managed legal teams on six continents and has worked extensively with Audit Committees and auditors for various companies.
Josh McMorrow is currently Chief Legal Officer of Energy Vault (NYSE: NRGV) responsible for overseeing Energy Vault’s legal, regulatory, IP and compliance functions, as well as all legal aspects of its strategic and commercial partnerships as the company continues to scale its operations and expand its global footprint. Prior to Energy Vault, Josh was Vice President and Group General Counsel for Atotech Group (NYSE:ATC), a Jersey company headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Josh led the IPO of Atotech Limited on the NYSE in February 2021 and subsequently led the sale of the company to a strategic buyer in July 2021. Josh also served as a General Counsel for Weatherford International, HydrochemPSC, and Air Liquide Engineering & Construction. Josh began his legal career as a trial attorney with Bracewell, LLP.
Josh McMorrow graduated with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law and completed his undergraduate degree in International Business at Trinity University, graduating cum laude.
Mr. Lim Chor Hian "Nic"

About Mr. Nic LimLim Chor Hian, Nic, joined as a Member of the Supervisory Board of PHiLOMAXCAP AG in June 2020. He has more than 24 years of experience in Channel Sales and Direct Selling industry, developing outstanding communication, leadership and strategic management skills. He is a certified Master Hypnotist and Master Coach of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Nic joined two World Top 100 companies in the Direct Selling Industry as Assistant Vice President of Distributor Development in Sales & Marketing as well as Regional Director of South East Asia. Besides managing the distributors’ relations & support, coaching and expansion of distributor and consumer market size, distributor training and learning seminar and workshop, distributor sales campaign and incentive, are all under his supervision. Nic also serves one of the top direct selling companies from Taipei, Taiwan. He is the Marketing Director for Malaysia and Singapore by supervising the whole operations and business development. Nic has more than 15 years’ experience as a professional business coach for various corporate training and sales & marketing events. He was the practitioner and Lead Auditor for ISO QMS. Overall, the business lead by Nic increased its sales by more than 75% in average and is making profit.
Nic is now the Executive Director of Philocity Holdings, to build his own business eco system in South East Asia, East Asia, Germany and America, in Investment Holding as an entrepreneur. Nic is a Malaysian national and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Psychology and Counselling from National Taiwan Normal University.
